On the login page, click the "Forgot your password?" link. Enter the email address associated with your fireboy account, and we will send you a secure reset link within a few minutes. Click the link in that email to create a new password. Do not share the reset link with anyone. If you do not receive the email, check your spam folder or contact our support team. For security reasons, password reset links expire after 24 hours. If yours has expired, request a new one through the same process.

Payments and transactions

When you choose a bank transfer on your fireboy deposit page, we generate a unique virtual account number. Transfer the amount from your bank app; the funds arrive in your fireboy account within a few minutes. We also support e-wallets: online payment, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, and e-wallet. Choose whichever method is most convenient for you. For withdrawal, you select your preferred bank or e-wallet and submit your request; subject to verification windows, funds are returned to the same method you deposited from.

fireboy does not charge you a deposit or withdrawal fee. However, your bank or e-wallet provider (mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment) may apply their own standard charges. We recommend checking your bank's or e-wallet app's fee schedule before you transfer.
